This withdrawal policy governs all cashout requests made through BCGAME. Withdrawals are subject to verification, anti‑fraud checks and policy‑driven limits. Funds are disbursed to accounts in the currency and form permitted by the selected withdrawal method, in accordance with the deposit history and applicable regulatory requirements. The Company reserves the right to suspend or delay withdrawal processing for due diligence, including identity verification and source‑of‑fund checks.
To initiate a withdrawal, a user must have an active account in good standing and have completed the required Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. BCGAME may request documentary evidence of identity, address and source of funds. Withdrawals may be placed on hold while verification is pending or if the source of funds is not satisfactorily established. False or misleading information may lead to withdrawal denial and account suspension.
Available withdrawal options are displayed in the user account and are subject to regional availability and regulatory constraints. Withdrawals may be conducted in the same currency used to fund the account, or in cryptocurrency as permitted by the platform. If a deposit was made using cryptocurrency, withdrawals will be issued to the corresponding cryptocurrency wallet; similarly, fiat withdrawals align with the fiat deposit method where supported. The platform reserves the right to process withdrawals via the original payment method used for deposits or via an alternative method of equal value, in compliance with applicable laws.
Requests exceeding method‑level limits may be processed in multiple installments. BCGAME may, at its discretion, apply additional validation or time extensions for high‑value withdrawals.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed for compliance, identity and transaction integrity. A decision to approve or deny a withdrawal will be communicated within two (2) business days of submission. Crypto withdrawals are subject to network confirmations; processing times will be disclosed at the time of withdrawal and may vary with network congestion. The user may cancel a withdrawal request prior to final approval; once approved, cancellation is not guaranteed and may incur processing or administrative fees as applicable.
BCGAME reserves the right to charge fees for certain withdrawal methods or jurisdictions. Fees, where applicable, are displayed on the Withdrawals page prior to confirmation. In crypto withdrawals, the user is responsible for blockchain miner or network fees. Fiat withdrawals may incur intermediary bank or payment processor charges that are not the responsibility of BCGAME unless otherwise stated.
Withdrawals are subject to verification of identity and, where required, verification of the source of deposited funds. BCGAME may require additional information before processing the withdrawal. The Company may hold or delay a withdrawal to perform AML checks, and may refuse to process a withdrawal if there is suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other illicit activity. Funds withheld due to such checks will be returned to the user’s account if the withdrawal is ultimately denied.
Chargebacks initiated by the user or by the card issuer may result in the suspension or termination of the user’s account and the withholding of funds. The Company may reclaim funds and impose administrative penalties where a chargeback is found to be unwarranted. Refunds are processed at the Company’s discretion and may be issued only when permitted by applicable law and payment service providers. The user may be contacted to provide confirmation of identity and withdrawal preferences when a chargeback or refund is investigated.
A withdrawal request may be canceled by the user prior to final processing. If a withdrawal is canceled after partial processing, remaining funds may be returned to the user’s account, subject to subsequent verification checks. BCGAME disclaims liability for losses arising from failed or canceled withdrawals where the user has acted in breach of these terms or applicable law.
BCGAME reserves the right to audit withdrawal activity and to apply compliance controls, including temporary freezes on accounts or transactions, to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory obligations. Any action taken under this section shall be communicated to the user in accordance with BCGAME’s standard notice procedures.
This withdrawal policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the BCGAME platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Users will be notified of material changes as required by law or regulation.
